The seafood platter
There's nothing fresher than a seafood platter prepared right on the coast!
Our fishmonger will prepare a beautiful seafood platter for you, with oysters from Veules-les-Roses, scampi, pink and grey prawns, whelks, periwinkles and spider crab..
The platter comes with country-style bread, butter and mayonnaise, enough to tempt your taste buds.
The selection may vary depending on what's available.

The Tasting Basket
Whether you're celebrating an event or just on holiday, we offer you the opportunity to taste an excellent champagne that we have selected ourselves during one of our trips, accompanied with a selection of local cheeses and cured meats.

The bottle of champagne can be replaced on request by a Normand sparkling white wine made by Eric Labarre. This sparkling wine is made using the same method than Champagne. Yes, in Normanddy, we've also started making wine, and it's pretty good!

Normand “Raclette”
There's no right time for raclette, it's all year round!
A raclette is a culinary experience to share involving a selection of fine cheeses in slices to be melt over charcuterie, boiled potatoes or other accompaniements thanks to an electric grill
We propose you an assortment of Normand cheeses and cold meats, all served with our local cider..
